Dan’s leadership and financial expertise have helped companies through the restructuring process and emerge stronger. He has navigated complex situations including industry and/or company downturns, financing and lending issues, company or debt restructuring, mergers/acquisitions/divestitures, and significant economic headwinds. As one example of his leadership, he joined a company that had a $60M negative net worth, restructured it and led it through multiple scale points to over $1B in revenue and a successful exit. Given his dual expertise as a CEO and CFO, Dan leverages cross-functional business acumen to bring both marketplace and internal transformation.
