Mike Brummer is a career corporate restructuring professional. His effective leadership style, demonstrated vision, and ability to analyze dynamic situations has resulted in dozens of successful outcomes.
In addition to his consulting career, Brummer has extensive service to the United States government. He has served (and continues to serve) as a trade advisor to the U.S. Department of Commerce. During his service Brummer has held both Vice Chairman and Chairman Positions on the Pulp and Paper Advisory Committee. Currently Mr. Brummer serves as a Chapter 11, Sub Chapter V Trustee for the U.S. Department of Justice where he uses his range of business experience to facilitate positive outcomes for all constituent parties.
In addition to his role as CRO for client companies, Mike will lead Briggs’ bankruptcy service offerings.
Mr. Brummer earned a BA from Binghamton University, is an active instrument rated pilot, and enjoys fitness training on a regular basis.
