Michael is a highly experienced Senior Executive with over 30 years of delivering significant returns to client stakeholders.
Torto’s experience is global, having led both private and public restructurings of varying sizes, stages, and geographies. Mr. Torto’s validated experiences, enables him to rapidly assess a company’s situation and make quick and accurate decisions with focused action on how to improve operational performance.
As a chief Executive Officer, Michael consistently makes difficult decisions in rapid sequence that dramatically alter the financial performance of “challenged” organizations. His leadership has repositioned clients for many successful outcomes including outsight sales, onboarding of new capital, and negotiating new debt facilities.
Torto earned a BS from Emerson College and spent 12 years in the United States Military as a Naval Reservist in the Mobile Mine Assembly Group (MOMAG) and other underwater mine groups. He also served in the Massachusetts National Guard.
Mike will lead Briggs’ interim and fractional C-Suite services group.
