Tom is a seasoned financial executive and has successfully restructured and/or improved businesses in the insurance, retail, manufacturing, and distribution industries. Tom has worked at large fortune 500 companies as well as privately held family businesses.
Tom has the keen ability to see the big picture and adapt an organization to what makes economic sense. He has successfully spearheaded a number of large projects including restructuring engagements mergers and acquisitions. He crosses over all disciplines within an organization and assists management in streamlining operations which often leads to recapitalizations or even exits for his engaged entities.
Tom holds an undergraduate degree in accounting from Bentley University and an MBA from Babson College. He enjoys family, golf, and spending time on Cape Cod.
