A typical engagement occurs in rapid succession; evaluation, financial triage, and a turnaround and go-forward strategy.
During the turnaround timeframe, BMP (along with management) will implement cost cutting and revenue enhancement programs and execute on other BMP changes to management’s overall strategy. BMP works with existing lending institutions and sponsors, and when necessary brings in alternative debt and equity resources.
